When you order from the Sheep River Cattle Company, we will cut your side of beef the way you want it.

  • steaks (cut to the thickness you like)
  • roasts (weights you prefer)
  • hamburger (packaged in weights you like)

Steak thawing tip
(shortens thaw time and very thorough):

      Works great!! Unwrap frozen meat and place steaks into zip-lock bag. Seal bag and place in sink with luke warm water. Complete thaw in approximately 40 minutes. Now ready for the BBQ!

** of course never use a microwave to thaw your meat prior to cooking- it makes your meat tough!!
